    Order was received in one week, as expected. Got an email copy of the purchase order. The website said Id get an email when the order shipped with a tracking number, but that never arrived (unless it was swallowed by my spam eater.) I called the 800 number after 7 days to check on the order. Took several minutes to get an answer, but the c.s. person said the order had shipped. She was efficient but not particularly friendly. Got the package that afternoon. All in all, a good experience and a great price!

    Excellent Seller and fast delivery via FedEx in 3 business days. They provided FedEx tracking number next morning as soon as my item was shipped. My item arrived brand new as advertised. I am very pleased with the shopping experience with Electronic Express. Will definitely shop here again.

    I have done a lot of on-line shopping; however, Ive never encountered a merchant as efficient, thorough, and friendly as Electronic Express. Price alone should be enough to earn my recommendation, but whats more impressive is their attentiveness. For example, a confirmation phone call verified my order, as well as an email, and subsequent notifications traced its status. Electronic Express even alerted me of a shipping problem with my credit card that I quickly corrected. Had I been making an expensive order, I might have understood the attention, but mine was less than $30! Obviously, Electronic Express knows that "A company is judged by how it treats the Little Guy." Well, heres a Little Guy whos not afraid of becoming a BIG GUY w/them $$$$ order. In short... Im impressed with Electronic Express, and Ill be a repeat customer. Two thumbs WAY UP!

    I ordered our LG 32" tv from Electronic Express first thing on the morning of 5/16 and had the TV in my hands by 5/20. You cant beat that for free shipping. They had the best price available for the product along w/ the free shipping. The whole processes couldnt have been easier. Will definitely use again in the future!!!

    Excellent guys..I placed an order for DSC-H7 on may 2nd via online and got camera by 6th including sunday in between.Ill recemmend you people to with this people..

    They need better ecommerce tools on their website, but they are honest. I bought a camera over the phone. I did not receive my tracking number until the next day. I was worried but awoke to find they had shipped my camera as promised. This is an honest company. They need to accommodate control freaks like me on their website who want to know everything about their oder at all times. But i will definitely order from them again.

    Very fast shipping and great price, it took 4 days to get my Sony 40? LCD (KDL-40V2500). Highly recommended!!!
