    I ordered a Sony DSC-T100 camera, which are very rare as they were were very highly rated and discontinued about nine months ago. I received a grey market version. When I called Customer Service and spoke with Alex, he apologized, and offered to ship me a U.S. version ASAP. However, when he investigated further, he found out that there were no U.S. models available (which I was not surprised to hear) and that was the reason the grey market camera was sent. He immediately offered to take the camera back (which I did not want to do because if you are a camera person, you know about the T-100) or if I wanted to keep it, he offered to provide me a 5-year parts/labor contract for free. The service contract effectively made the camera equal or better that a U.S. model would have been. Alex was extremely courteous, as were others at Dbuys.My advise -- treat people as you would like them to treat you - and in Dbuys case, that works!

    I ordered a Garmin Product through the Price Grabber network. DBUYS was the lowest price with free shipping. They gave me good communication with emails along with a link to trace my package during transit. Im also pleased with the accessory goodies I got too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

    A quick and efficient way to order a camera. The only thing I did not see was a list of the factory accessories included with the camera.

    I just have bad experience with e-bay with time to delivery and is posible I like recive this product after 5:00 PM al home, because no body in home before this time, if you help me in this ocasion, probably I check with you before any future buy. thank you friends

    I was very impressed with the price and free shipping. I researched quite a few companies before ordering the G9. I found much cheaper prices on one or two, but not good reviews. dbuys had the best price in the \"very good reviews\" category. This is a gift, but, if all goes well, I\ll be ordering another one for myself for Christmas, plus accessories.
