    Could had been five stars but no replies to my inquiries and the slowness in processing my order denied them of it. I purchased the camcorder on 09/26 and it was never shipped until 10/02. I did receive the item as described and I am quite happy with it. Their prices are almost unbeatable and I will shop with them again.

    Got the order as described, much better experience than last order. They performed to my satisfaction. Though no communication, did not receive the CC verification/upsell call as before, maybe because we opted for an optional upgrade accessory package upfront......but overall happy, would use this vender again.

    Charged my credit card AFTER order was canceled by both, email and phone.Also same BS. Call to confirm shipping and upsell, upsell and upsell.Wont consider them again. Still have not received CC credit.UPDATE - 9/9/08Finally got the credit. Never went through this much work to cancel a purchase.

    Purchased Sony DCR SR-45 30GB Hard Drive camcorder. Received it as describe. Also purchased a preferred accessory kit. But the battery is a generic one and it doesnt work. I requested a return and would like to pay more to get the Sony battery. Called three times, no one answer the phone for customer service twice and I got a message for the 3rd time. Emailed them once. I havent heard a thing from them. It has been two weeks. But I got a phone call today. Mike was helpful and solved the problem right away. Some helpful hint: call ext 204 and talk to Mike when you run into a problem.

    Product came as ordered very quickly. Although I had an issue with an accessory being shipped that was not as expected, they personally contacted me and bent over backwards to ensure that I was happy. They even exchanged the product I thought I was getting with the product with which I wasnt pleased. Great customer service and timely shipment.
