So far my experience with 42nd Street Photo has been excellent. 42nd Street Photo prices are competitive and the "free shipping" option is great! I will be checking out 42nd Street Photo product selections for my future purchases.SERVICE WAS GREAT!!!

I did the research of product (Nikon 18-200 VR Ultra-zoom lens) and merchant (42nd St Photo.) They provided what they said they would in the timeframe they stated. The called to "verify" the order (an unnecessary delay in my opinion) but got me what I wanted on my schedule. I would use 42nd St Photo again!

I was extremely satisfied with my purchase that i have recently made with 42nd street photo. When the box arrived it was in perfect condition and well packed. It arrived Via UPS, they even emailed me a tracking number to let me know what day the package will be arriving at my home. I saved almost $300 by shopping with 42nd Street photo, i think you all should do that same. Thank you very much for your service.

Top class service from 42nd street photo. I asked them by email to put an order for me who living in Norway, they contacted me a few minutes later by phone and my order was not only put in their system immediately, but also sent to me the same day! The staff was incredible friendly and helpful, even tracking the order and informing me about that until it was delivered to me was perfect. I definitely recommend everyone to handle from 42nd Street Photo, though I expect that they allow international buyers pay for products through PayPal, not over phone, which can probably scare out many of them. I am already a regular customer of this site!Thank you guys for everything, especially to Elliot who put my order.

Bought the Canon G9 camera from seller and received one without warranty card. Seller sent a new one immediately with US warranty card by 2nd day air and covered the shipping for both items.

Awesome service, order processing, and shipping. I wanted to let everyone know that when you want to save big bucks and receive extrememely great service shop with 42nd street photo. When i called the toll free number i didnt have to wait twenty minutes to get a real person on the phone. It took a total of seven minutes to give them my information and for them to give me my order number and tracking number. We went over all the items that i was purchasing and we were done. My order was shipped the day it was placed, I received a tracking number that night, and a delivery confirmation via e-mail when it arrived. From price, to service, these guys get two thumbs up.

They answered all my questions i had regarding my new purchase. They can put together some really good deals for you as well. I would certainly do business with them again. Bought camera lens and filter kit. Was emailed to call about my order and talked into upgrading to a Professional Multi-Coated Filter Kit for $199.99. Received camera in non-retail plain white packaging. Dont know if it was a remanufactured item. Received filter kit that sells at three different sites for $25.00. Called and told was sent wrong kit. Received three filters in an envelope by USPS. All three filters can be bought for total price from $75 to $87 online at various sites. Not pro multi coated. Theyre not even coated.
