    Ultra low price, free shipping, helpful and very responsive staff (Ive got an answer in 15 minutes, despite the fact that it was after 16 PM), simple interface. Delivery time exactly as excepted. It was a real pleasure to buy things from this reseller (it was my first experience as far as shopping in USA is concerned), and Ill probably buy more products in the future.

    I had a questions befpre I submitted this order, e-mail was replied to the same day by a very friendly and knowledgable support staff. Overall I was VERY impressed with the level of sales support and servic so far. I also love the great prices!!

    Ordered Fujitsu Lifebook U810 (Vista Business edition) from them two days ago and it arrived today. I used Laptop Authority several times already and Ive never had a glitch with them. A very responsive and honest company (thanks, Armen!) If you shop for Fujitsu computers - dont even bother look at different places. These guys are the best. Nice thing about them is not only their prices are lower than at Fujitsus, they also dont charge a sales tax to my state.
