    I will definitely use OneCall again. Only drawback for me is that my new TV will be shipped from the West Coast, which means it will take some time to get to Boston. If you could add Air Freight, it would be great for the East Coast.

    Great, until I attempted to track my order from my email and when I attempted to login it gave me an error message stating that I did not have an account with you. "Email addresss xxxxxxxxxxxx@hotmail.com not found in our system, please re-enter below and try again" Thats funny because I got to that login screen from a link from that address.

    This is my first purchase with OneCall. I was concerned about shipping a large TV (Sony 46 LCD) but it was delivered in excellent condition. The online chat and phone customer service was also excellent. The entire experience from purchase to using the product was great.Thank you!
