    There is some question as to whether Sony is pulling the product I ordered off the market. I will be seriously disappointed if that is the case, but it will not be the fault of the vendor. The product indeed was discontinued, and I was a bit disappointed that the vendor was less aware of this possibility than I was when I placed the order

    This was my first order with a live customer rep. Kris/Chris spent a lot of time with me just answering questions on a total of 10-12 phone calls(really) and if he didn't know for sure the answer, he did not b.s. me, he found out the answer which is very refreshing. He was very courteous and friendly. It felt like I was placing an order from a family member or friend. I still look elsewhere for a cheaper price and have always ended up back at OneCall to place my order. It is fast, easy and painless. I will be back again OneCall, Thank you for the patience you have shown me while I try to decide on which item to buy and for giving me a quick, accurate education on Home Theater systems, I'm sure you will have to do it again on something else soon.
