    This was my first order with a live customer rep. Kris/Chris spent a lot of time with me just answering questions on a total of 10-12 phone calls(really) and if he didn't know for sure the answer, he did not b.s. me, he found out the answer which is very refreshing. He was very courteous and friendly. It felt like I was placing an order from a family member or friend. I still look elsewhere for a cheaper price and have always ended up back at OneCall to place my order. It is fast, easy and painless. I will be back again OneCall, Thank you for the patience you have shown me while I try to decide on which item to buy and for giving me a quick, accurate education on Home Theater systems, I'm sure you will have to do it again on something else soon.

    SUPERIOR TO THE COMPETITION: E COST, NEWEGG, PRICEGRABBER. I APPRECIATE SPEC SHEET, AND THE FREE SHIPPING.12/6 All aspects have been quite satisfactory. Shipped same day as ordered, [Fri. after Thanksgiving,] Long trek-Spokane to Indy. Product was what was described, and I expected.

    I would not recommend anyone making any type purchase from this company. They do not back up their products at all and your on your own If you buy from them.
