    I received an excellent first impression of the merchant through the person I talked to (Patrick). I asked several questions about extended warranties and why I should buy directly instead of through Amazon.com. I placed the order and the email receipt came quickly. I look forward to dealing with them again. It was a good shopping experience.

    the product was as advertised. the packing and handling needs to be improved against breakage. i do believe big screen tv's need more packing.

    I purchased my onkyo from onecall over 10 years ago. it was double boxed and is still running w/o any problems. back then phone support was friendly an processed the purchase quickly. this purchase is no different. not only was the order placed around 6pm est it was shipped today as well.. WOW. If you guys sold other stuff I'd buy from you all the time.Fed ex ground screwed delivery date and my wife was home all day off from work to sign for it... they stated they loaded it on another truck... anyways fedex delivered the next day and i expressed anger to fedex over this as well as to onecall... i explained to onecall they should be reimbursed for shipping, however oncall said it would be easier to give me a $50 credit... AWESOME but not fair to onecall.

    Your site was one of the easiest to use for a web store. Merchandise was easy to locate and there was great variety. I have been to many internet stores and find yours to be one of the finest. I will be back if I need anything in the Audio-Video field.
