    The spokesman review ad for the 26th says that there are three ways to order.. I did not want to go to the store.. Online had an incorrect price listed, and apparently the phone number listed in the ad was not correct either because when I called I was re-directed and told to call another number about 6 different times. When I finally got connected to a person, they were unable to find the item in the ad that I was looking to purchase. Throughout the whole process I was very tempted to say "Never mind, Ill just get it from Amazon." Amazon had the same price and the customer service would have been much better, Im sure. Happy Holidays, youve lost my business.

    There is some question as to whether Sony is pulling the product I ordered off the market. I will be seriously disappointed if that is the case, but it will not be the fault of the vendor. The product indeed was discontinued, and I was a bit disappointed that the vendor was less aware of this possibility than I was when I placed the order
