    This is my first time using onecall.com and I was impressed on how detailed, and user friendly the website is. There are alot of options for customers such as live chat,and customer service phone numbers. They back their products with warranties, which is awesome!

    This merchant was great to deal with; I couldnt be more pleased. They had a good deal on the camera I was looking for, and the online ordering process was easy & fast. My camera was shipped within two days & I could track it via FedEx. Everything worked the way it was supposed to. Highly recommended!

    This is my first "open box" order and I have some level of trepidation...incipient buyer beware syndrome, I guess you could call it. A lot depends on whether the unit I get is "like new" as advertised and works fine. And of course whether OneCall stands by it if something turns out not quite right.
