    Overall an excellent place to buy electronics via internet and I love the super fast service and great customer email communications for tracking my order progress. The price was lowest online and and the items I purchased were in stock and ready to ship right away. Its a pleasure to do business with a reputable company and I will be a repeat customer.     Their prices were the reason that I went with them. I am also very pleased with their ability to handle small orders! My ordered printer was well packed & shipping was insanely fast. Arrived in perfect working order. I have purchased from them multiple times.

    Wow!!! I was not expecting such great service from your company. Ive never shopped with you before and had found you accidentally while searching for some products online. Your prices seemed lower that the competition for almost everything I wanted. I picked out what I wanted and placed my order over the phone with your sales department. They were courteous, helpful, and impressively knowledgeable about everything I asked. Surprisingly, I received my shipment much sooner that expected and everything was well-packed in perfect condition. This has been the best shopping experience in over a year. Ill be back again!

    Good transaction overall and one of my favorite online retailers. Lots of smaller hard to find products for good prices and good shipping. My recent order came through as expected and in great condition. I would deal with them again.

    This store has been in business for a long time with both a storefront and an Internet presence. I was impressed with their service and their products. My latest order went smooth, and the merchandise was shipped fast. I will be recommending them to my friends and I will be a repeat customer.

    I purchased a Lexmark x560n MFP from Infinity-Micro. They had the best all-in price according to both PriceGrabber (and my independent research) and their price was what they said it was (no hidden shipping costs that were concealed from PriceGrabber). The MFP was delivered on schedule 7 calendar days following the order. My one complaint is that their online ordering system failed to update the status of my MFP once it had shipped. I called them 5 days after I placed the order and received the necessary information within 10 minutes. I then received an e-mail follow up and their online system was also updated. While I had had some concerns prior to the receipt of my order given that PriceGrabber showed an all-time rating of 3.67 (202 negative out of 737 as of the date of this review), I am pleased to report that I got what I ordered on the schedule that had been promised.

    This is a great store, with its eye firmly on the customers satisfaction. I have ordered from these guys several times and have never had a problem. They ship the orders on time and they arrive exactly when they say they will. You will not find a better online shopping experience anywhere on the Internet.
