    dealcloset.com was great. I searched the internet for a week and there price on the Yamaha A/V receiver RX-V663BL was the best i could find. No problems with the shipping. They even followed us with a courtesy call. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for great deal and professional service.

    Great reviews online at pricegrabber.com. I particularly like that the merchant took to the time to professionally respond to various reviews, even the ones with less than 5 stars. The checkout process inspired confidence, as it pointed out that the company will not harass me with "confirmation" calls trying to sell me product insurance, faster shipping, or other shenanigans.The order arrived 20 calendar days from the day of order, which is within the advertised allotment. The concerning thing is that the TV was delivered by some shady character in a plain white van at around 8:30 PM. I am used to ordering from more reputable web sites such as Amazon and Crutchfield who use reputable shippers who deliver during the day time hours by a person in uniform in a well labeled truck, as opposed to some thug.Although I would consider purchasing from this website in the future, I will keep this negative variable, shipping process, in mind when comparing to other websites.

    The order process went smoothly, although I was surprised that it was a requirement for me to call DealCost to confirm the order. I received no information regarding shipment and tracking, so I had to just wait and hope that my order would be delivered. Minor complaints aside, DealCost offered a very competitive price and that is why I chose to order from them, so the rough edges are acceptable.

    I don\t remember seeing anything on shipping or delivery dates and I assumed my item was in stock because it didn\t say it wasn\t.
