Way cheaper than everyone else. Saved $1200 x 2 dollars by not paying tax or shipping and less for the items over the quote from my IT company!

Order placing is quite good and they have good prices only thing is they do not the availability and when order will be shipped on their website.

Horrible service and communication. Ordered a Linksys router to complete a company project with a deadline. Order placed 7/10, called 7/11 for CC verification, was told I would be contacted with updated info, no follow-up whatsoever. Called 7/17 for order status update and was told I couldnt talk on the phone with them regarding an order. I insisted to get an update, then got placed on hold for 10 minutes. Service rep scrambled for my order update (which wasnt listed on my order status on their website), picked up the phone and started reading off a long Fedex tracking number. I stopped him immediately and asked, please email it to me. You should be emailing tracking updates to the customers and updating it on your website. Hello?!?! Tracking indicated that item was shipped on 7/16 and I wouldnt receive it until 7/21. Project has been delayed for a week now. Thanks for nothing, CaliforniaComputer. People, pay more at Newegg.com for better service.
