The itemized bill initially looked like I was being charged for Shipping And Handling despite having selected the "free ground shipping". Well, it was free, but because of poor webpage design, they show the tax on the Shipping and Handling line. Confusing till I figured it out, and a bit unprofessional. Otherwise, fine shopping experience and a good price.

As a first time buyer, I found the online ordering to be extremely user friendly and easy to use.
