No problems at all. In stock item shipped quickly and arrived here in less than a week. I like that I wasnt charged shipping or sales tax. On top of that, they had the lowest price for my Hoover FloorMate. I will definitely purchase from them again!

Item was backordered but placed order anyway. ABT always tries to make a happy customer. 7-10 days for backorder and received item in 5 days. Price match is great. This is my second order with ABT. Will purchase from merchant again

Ordered a cooktop and wall oven, and received both in 8 days even though their website said the cooktop may take 7-14 days as a special order. ABT matched the price from another retailer and had great communications throughout the process. Great company! Will definately do business with them again.

PURCHASED A BROAN RANGE HOOD. WHICH WAS A SPECIAL ORDER ITEM. I RECEIVED THE ITEM IN ABOUT A WEEK VIA UPS GROUND. WONDERFUL SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION. MY FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE WITH ABT WILL LET ME RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

excellent service from ABT, first time buyer. I called on the phone, excellent customer service, took the order and handled an online order question I had and they gave me the discount. They were both very polite, took the order on monday, it arrived on friday UPS as indicated. They had the best price, and all went smoothly. everything in life should go this smooth, will order from them again in a heartbeat. Read other buyers comments about other vendors and was pleased that the great reviews about both this Hoover vaccum and this seller were accurate, both are excellent. And so nice to talk to an American customer service rep you can understand, and not some foreign person other companies hire so they can pay less and stick it to American workers and customers so their greedy corp execs can make millions. way to go Abt!!! EXCELLENT.

Purchased a Kenwood car stereo online and immediately received an email confirming the order (not all companies do this). It arrived 4 days later. Abt had the best price by far. Very satisfied here!

Highly satisfactory experience. Sony DVD ordered over the web on a Thursday using regular (free) UPS ground shipping. Was notified that the item was shipped the same day. Arrived in perfect condition on Monday.Would definitely use these people again.
