As long as they process order without delay, I will remain satisfied. Past experiences other companies have involved sales follow up trying to switch, upgrade, or add to orderFollow up call was timely and not tto pushy to buy accessories

I placed my order on Saturday and it did not ship out until Wednesday evening. This should not take so long. Also, I received an email asking me to call and confirm my order; this is entirely necessary.On the positive side, the price was good and once my order was shipped it arrived quickly and in new condition.
