With a little uneasiness within me I contacted your customer service and spoke with a live person about what to expect from shopping with your Co. I discovered that it was a great decision because I dealt with knowledgeable staff, who helped me to place my order over the phone. I was given prompt delivery, and of course a price that could not be beat. I saved close to $400 over the local retailer here at home. Excellent 1st time online shopping experience!

I purchased toshiba laptop from ecomElectronics. Instead of requested new item I received the factory remanufactured one which was not working properly. It took a while to send these laptop back to ecomElectronics and get my money refund. Since the problem has been resolved I relented and edited my previous review. In the future, I wish to both - ecomElectronics and their customers to double check correspondance of order to the content of shipment to avoid undesirable misunderstanding.
