I didn\t like that I was offered a chance to pay MORE for expidited handling. Shouldn\t all orders be handled at the time they are received? Why would I pay $5 dollars more to have you do your job?

The product took about 2 weeks to get to me, just because they took a while to ship it. However, as soon as it was shipped, I got it 2 days later. Besides that the experience with iUnitek has been very positive. The product came well packaged, and without any problems. I would buy from iUnitek again. I highly recommend them... although if you need something delivered in a hurry, I would probably get their 2-day shipping option or something like that.

My billing phone number in not my day time phone number. I was unable to put in a daytime phone number, only an alternate phone number. would like to see a business phone number dialog box item in addtition to the credit card listed phone number when making personal purchase. Thanks.

iUniteks site is rather easy to follow. It just seems odd that in order to get the item out of the door quickly an extra charge must be placed when the cost of shipping is already rather high.
