    The order process went smoothly, although I was surprised that it was a requirement for me to call DealCost to confirm the order. I received no information regarding shipment and tracking, so I had to just wait and hope that my order would be delivered. Minor complaints aside, DealCost offered a very competitive price and that is why I chose to order from them, so the rough edges are acceptable.

    Great reviews online at pricegrabber.com. I particularly like that the merchant took to the time to professionally respond to various reviews, even the ones with less than 5 stars. The checkout process inspired confidence, as it pointed out that the company will not harass me with \"confirmation\" calls trying to sell me product insurance, faster shipping, or other shenanigans.

    I don\t remember seeing anything on shipping or delivery dates and I assumed my item was in stock because it didn\t say it wasn\t.

    Good. Other members comments influenced my sale. I was very happy with the shipping time. TV came within 4 business days. Awesome! TV has great picture.

    I had never heard of DealCost prior to placing this order. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service I received. Not only was placing the order as easy as can be but I appreciated that they have the added step of requiring you to speak with someone to confirm the order. This practice may even help to prevent fraud. It certainly made me feel more comfortable with DealCost. I was also pleased with the fact that I was able to speak with customer service after normal business hours. This can be uncommon for some of the smaller retailers. Excellent job DealCost.

    Their pricing was among the lowest, the item shipped out immediately and arrived with no issues whatsoever. There was nothing not to like about their service. And, I know from first-hand experience how rare it is to find such an honorable, reliable merchant.
