    This was my first time ordering online. I was skeptical about internet purchasing as I am not sure about the return policy, the condition of the product when delivered, and the privacy of my personal information. I was happy with the condition of the product when delivered. The FedEx driver was very courteous and placed the product inside my house. I also reviewed the prices online and I thought CostCentral had the best price for the Sony laptop I ordered

    I have never dealt with you before, but this has been a pleasant experience. The merchandise was exactly what I choose, in good condition, and received in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to order from you in the future and would recomend you to family and friends.

    I ordered a laptop hard drive.I didnt know that there were more than one interface type. I need an ATA and I order a SATA interface.I called your sales clerk and he was helpful in finding one that would work.He sent me to the returns department to get an approval code and to order me the correct drive. This was on Thrusday Sept 26. The online ordering,the shipping,and sales person were great. However, your returns department procedure and personel are terible. I was told that it could take up to 72 bussiness hours to get an approval. I called on Monday to check - the clerk told me that she hadnt gotten a respnse back, the 72 hours was not up, and to give it until Tuesday. I called again on Tuesday -again she said give it until tommorrow. I called today - again no approval - the clerk made no apologies and said call back later - gave me no real time frame - I have since ordered a drive from some one else and will never order from you again. I have more to say but ran out of space
