I ordered a Samsung LN52A750 LCD and ext. warranty sunday July 13 and a larg box was arrived on July 17 around 3pm in perfect condition and the TV itself works great. Excellent fast job, Your service are 100% square away, and I highly recommended them.

Ordered a Pioneer KURO PDP-6020FD Plasma TV from Electronics Depot.There was no attempt to up sell,add products or upgrade shipping.They just sold me what I asked for at a price that was slightly less than their listing on Price Grabber. Amazing!! Their standard shipping from Washington State to my house in Ohio in less than 1 week. Great transaction

Electronics depot had one of the better prices for the LCD TV we purchased. I went with them because of their excellent review/poor review ratio. They did not disappoint and exceeded my expectations on delivery time.

Bought a Weber gas grill. Price was best I could find anywhere; beat some sites by $300. Arrived with dent in hood (fault of UPS). Sent e-mail to notify, which was returned within an hour. Matter was settled by the end of the day. Absolutely superb customer service.

You could not ask for a better company. All of my calls, E-Mails were answered very fast, there was no problems, no push to buy any other products, or services. I had ordered the same TV from another merchant a week earlier and had to call them prior to my order being placed. All they wanted was insurance, extra products, etc. I cancelled that order. I would advise any and all to use this company. Six stars if there was one.

Prompt shipment, attentive staff. Really nothing to complain about except that the shipping company they used kept us waiting all day only to make delivery at 9 pm! Having said this, I would definitely do business with them again. Recommended.

I cant recommend Electronics Depot highly enough. The quality of their service is beyond excellent. We bought a plasma TV and warranty from Electronics Depot and 2 years later the TV broke. When we went to them for warranty repairs, they were having trouble with their warranty company. Rather than make us wait during the dispute, they immediately sent us a new plasma TV. You cant ask for better service then that. Special thanks to Brian for his prompt service and assistance.

Wary of scams, I have always avoided purchasing electronics online, however after the friendly helpful service I recieved from Electronics-depot I was assured that I had made a wise decision in choosing to purchase my new LG plasma from them. I highly reccomend them x10.

We found our experience with Electronics Depot to be exceptional. The product was exactly what we had requested and the delivery time was better than expected. The customer service was friendly, helpful and honest. All this at the best price we found on the market. We will always think of Electronics Depot first.

I have done a lot of online shopping in the past. It is kind of a hit and miss deal at times. I got the 52A650, Electronics Depot were extremely friendly and helpful. I first tried to just buy the cheapest one available from another company. They said that they had free shipping but once I placed my order they said that I needed insurance to ship. Electronics Depot does not do scams like that. I would reccomend them to my Grandmother.
