    I placed my order 2 weeks before a big trip and the staff (Alice) garantee it will be delivered on time. She was very pleasant and helpfull. Now I am just waiting!!!

    You should send this survey after I have received the product. Only site that had the Sony extended warranty options clearly presented and available to add to order.

    Placing my order was easy and fast. I got a confirmation email for my order. I could trace my package over the internet. My product came on time in good condition, this shop is definitively a perfect online shop in addition to the price.

    I had never experience a fast an convinient way to shop online. I liked the fact that they give the customer an option to type in any important comments as for the delivery of the product. This makes my shipping more personalized.
