    MacMall Rebates are a pain. I went on vacation after I ordered and lost out because of the short timeframe. Next time I will consider other vendors and not consider rebates as part of the price comparison.

    I tried to place a Web order three times without success; each time I was dumped out of the order process (at different places in the order sequence) and returned to the main page with no explanation, and uncertainty as to whether my order had gone through. I finally reached an order confirmation page on the fourth try, two days after Id first tried to place an order.

    If the item arrives as expected and there is no tax added (no tax was figured in the price quoted), then I will be a happy camper. I liked your prices, and found it easy to find the item I wanted.

    The state of Georgia has tax free week-ends twice a year for big ticket items such as computers. I needed to make sure that I was not charged taxes on this item. Am really not sure still if taxes are going to be applied. Other than that an awesome site.

    The advertised shipping rates were not what was available when I checked out. I called and they could give me that rate over the phone but I needed to do it online and they were non-helpful.
