For some people creating user account might look like negative point. For my self I prefer a single checkout page. Product detail is good but I saw there are 2 products from my order, just the title and price is different, I hope I bought the right product. MacMall or PCMall definitely needs Googlecheckout, that will improve consumer trust & visibility in Google Shopping. That was my first order from MacMall and I can say that it was pretty successful.

ipods look great! The engraving was great and I could not believe how fast I got my order... The next day. And that is with engraving and I only paid for the least expensive shipping. Im impressed. I will definitely use them again. Everything came as stated and I am only waiting on a rebate now.

I called for help in determining which item to order and the help guy was terrific!! advised me on what to order and how to install it, so I could order mac leopard and have it load successfully.

Good experience overall. Product arrived as promised in acceptable time frame. Representatives called day after order attempting to sell additional items?this was a little irritating. Product broke after six days; seller arranged for item to be picked up, fixed and returned promptly. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

The ipod I was wanting was out of stock, but it was out of stock everywhere. I received the answer as to when it would be delivered with free engraving so that part was nice.
