The website could use a little tweaking. I received multiple certificate errors when browsing the website and found out the I simply had to change http to https to get rid of the error. Shipping was surprisingly very quick and tech support wasnt as bad as people made it seem to be. Overall I am satisfied with dealing with DatVis.

My experience so far has been pretty negative.-After placing my order, I did not get a confirmation email recapping the transaction.-The user ID you give is impossible to copy down as it is just a series of numbers rather that a user ID created by the customer, therefore it should have been sent be email.-The contact page does not work.-I paid for express shipping and did not get a tracking number.-Even the email confirming that my order was shipped did not have a recap of the transaction.THIS IS POOR SERVICE ALL AROUNDIn addition, the delivery never arrived. It is on its way back to the shipper. Will not recommend to anyone.

Only thing that could have been better is if they could have shipped it the day of the order or had some sort of confirmation that they were doing something the day of considering I ordered at 8AM that day.

Datavis was prompt and responsive in shipping my HDTV. It has been a month and a half, we have no issues with the television. There is one concern though, the delivery guys left the TV ouside my apartment inspite of the request of keeping it in. They said it was their policy not to deliver inside the apt. This is something Datavis should look into. An HDTV of 46" is difficult for a single person to move into an apartment. Other than this concern there have been no other issues.
