Placed an order on Feb. 22, 2008, for a simple silicone camera cover for an Olympus 770 SW. Needed it for a fishing trip, so paid for 3 day express shipping. As of today, May 8, 2008, still have not received merchandise. Have called, but they always seem to be closed. The only way to email them is if they send an email to you. The contact button on their website is dead. If they cannot ship a $12.00 cover, no way I would trust them with a major camera purchase.

I ordered my product, never received a email confirmation. The prodcut was delivered on 4/14/08 and I get an email with the UPS tracking number on 4/21/08! I ordered a couple of other items with the Sony reader but was told tey were out of stock. Not sure if they will be shipped or not.

They will not answer emails. !5 percent restocking fee. No price matching after you order, if price goes down. The worst customer service ever.
