I received my camcorder and accessory kit on time. All items look great and work. However the carrying case could be much larger so that I could carry everything that I need with the camera(extra battery,disks,cables,manual etc...) The case received in the accessory kit is only big enough for my camcorder. Overall Im very happy with the service at dbuys.com. Thank you so much!

Buyer BEWARE!! Ordered a Nikon d300 which I DID receive in a very timely fashion. Only problem was that it was NOT brand new as advertised (?refurb). Camera box looked as if someone previously opened it with a box cutter. Missing inside the box were things such as a owners manual written in English (sorry, my spanish isnt so great) & reg card. The camera itself had obviously been used in the past since leaving the factory. Called up the company & was told to send it back (at my OWN cost nonetheless) for replacement. To top it all off, I asked in writing and over the phone that my return product again be sent to a shipping address which was different from the billing address (as done with my original order). But of course, this time the camera was sent to the billing address. So my $2K camera sat on the porch unattended for 3 days. At least the replacement camera appeared to be newer. Next time Ill just pay the xtra $100 or so & get my products from a more trustworthy seller like B&H

Package arrived before I needed it; its a gift. The only thing that didnt impress me was the packaging. The padded plastic was the the bottom of the box, and items were left free to rattle around. I did test the gps and it charged correctly. I havent yet fully tested the gps; not until I give the gift.Overall, ordering, promptness, and delivery was a good experience. I know I couldve saved a few dollars elsewhere, but I liked the kit offering options from dbuys.com to go with my gps. I will be buying from dbuys.com again, but please package the items well.7/18/08Tested gps, and works well. No complaints.

Ordered a nuvi 750 on Monday with 3-day shipping, mid-day, no order confirmation until late Tuesday, wrote email Thu to ask why product hadnt shipped, got called 6:50 am! Fri to be informed that product will be shipped today, called again on Monday to ask why no tracking number, told product will "really" be shipped on Monday with 2-3 day shipping, got tracking number very late Monday (8pm), tracking info said delivery following Monday (ie no 2-3 day shipping!), called again to find out why, told errors had been made (no kidding). Hopefully it really will show up next Monday and it will be what I ordered. If not, will provide an update!
