    Ive never had any problems with B&H Photo. On the rare occasions when an item was damaged, return/replacement was simple.

    I received my Fuji digital camera relatively quickly. However, its apparent that I got a previously returned item. The side of the box is torn where someone tried to open it without breaking the seal. Since I am going on a trip soon I have no choice but to keep the camera as there is not enough time to exchange it for a new one. I will think twice about ordering again from them in the future.
