    PlasmaBay didnt show up on Pricegrabber as a possible source for a Sony KDL-40XBR4 LCD TV, but they had a significantly lower price than any company that did, and good reviews here and elsewhere. And in the ways that count, the service was indeed very good. I didnt appreciate the rather "hard sell" phone call plugging an extended warranty, accessories, or expedited delivery. But once that was through the product shipped out immediately and arrived just as fast as if I had paid to upgrade the shipping. The shipping notification email failed to identify the carrier, but these are minor quibbles: in all important aspects, the combination of price and service were very good.

    Phone service was very bad. I wanted to order a GPS and use an in store credit, so I had to call in. It took 5 separate calls to get helped, during which I was hung up on twice and experienced hold times over 10 minutes. At one point the customer service Rep told me the in store credit had been refused, and continued to argue about it instead of checking with the shipping dept. A lady in billing finally helped me get to the to GPS sales. Wow what a pain.

    my card was charged on monday and the tv arrived in perfect condition on wednesday, i would use plasmaBAY again, when i checked my account for the order status it just said in process but no info on how long that would take perhaps a little more info at that point would be helpful but once they processed it things happened fast

    I would recommend plasma bay to anyone shopping for anything they have to offer.They were fast,efficent and explained every question I asked.
