    I appreciated the extra security of Verified by Visa, but it did not work the first time, and I was presented an error message. Now I am only hoping I did not submit my order twice! P.C. Richard & Son should make sure integration with Verified by Visa is consistently working.

    The only thing I questioned was it said when I plugged in the zip code, it would give me a delivery date, which it did not do.

    The website was user friendly and the price was great. Love the free ground shipping, even though I know it will take awhile to receive my item. If the item works, and gets here in a reasonable amount of time, I will more than gladly use this site many more times.

    It was an easy transaction. Other sellers wanted as little as $81.00 but the shipping was over $30.00. I bought a 12,000 BTU Air Conditioner last week because of free shipping.
