    Excellent customer service. I purchased a design for a 7.1 system using Polk Audio RTi, CSi and PSW10\s and my system sounds awesome. Well explained and very informative. Couldn\t be more thrilled. Crutchfields a great place to shop with confidence.

    All things being equal, Crutchfields a good way to go. Though their prices can be higher, their customer service and delivery times have always been good.

    I was trying to find a Sony KDL26M4000. Crutchfield was one of the very few stores that had it in stock. Dell was back ordered more than a month. Free shipping! No Tax!

    Ive delt with Crutchfield for years, and have never been disappointed. They have great service, great products. I think the best thing that ever happened to me when dealing with them,is I was installing a car stereo. I had to call to find where a certain colored wire went to.The tech told me there wasnt such a wire. I told yes there was and I was holding it in my hand. He checked it out and said they had no record of it. He told me to call him back if I found out what it was. After a while I found out what it was and called him back. He thanked me and put it in there system.

    This is like the 5th CD Receiver Ive ordered from Crutchfield for various cars Ive owned throughout the years. I always come back to Crutchfield for several reasons: 1) Good value/prices; 2) Great website information; 3) Easy install MasterSheet Instructions. Ive never had a problem with orders, and have been pleased with each product Ive ordered. Thanks!
