I placed an order and later found a better price and requested an adjustment in accordance with their posted 100% Price Guarantee. They refused to honor their price guarantee and said it was not from an authorized dealer.I emailed them back to cancel my order. The dealer I found a better price with was another PriceGrabber listed dealer with a 5 Star Review rating selling a fully factory warranted Samsung TV unit.So dont believe them when they claim a "100% Price Guarantee". It is just a come on and they will try to look for a loop hole to get out of it. I do not find this ethical. They shhould not claim what they will not deliver

I got no confirmation during the ordering process to confirm the items are or are not in stock-only to allow 3 weeks for delivery.

My order was returned to u.s. appliance by the local agent since I refused it. The box was open, packing materials were broken into small pieces. The order arrived here on Thursday, July 24. As of today, July 31, the replacement has not yet been shipped. The customer service regarding the return and when I could expect a replacement was very poor until I asked to speak to the Customer Service Manager. She has been very polite and helpful. The companys explanation for the delay in shipping the new product is because of the paperwork required. I found out from the local shipping agent that the company shipping my order had a record of damaging shipments. U.S. Appliance is under contract with the shipper and say they cannot use any other company. I have little confidence that I will receive the second shipment undamaged. Additionally, I think longer than a week is too long to take before making the second shipment. I would think they would ship the very next day.

Ordered was cancelled due to extremely large shipping charge to Hawaii. The shipping cost doubled the cost of the product.
