Purchased a Nikon D300 Camera Body only. Most employees are knowledgeable although curt, web order process dropped order (4 day delay), internal phone system drops calls repeatedly on transfers so you have to call several times to resolve issues (3 separate issues totaling 2 hours 42 minutes with customer service most of which was on hold), billing hold flag wasn?t removed properly by billing after verifying CC card payment (2 day delay), did not receive ?3-5 Business Days? shipping although I paid $29.95 for it (verified with UPS). I saved about $130 but I nervously questioned my decision to buy from DBuys several times until the camera was in hand. Camera packaging was opened (internal items out of plastic bags) but did not appear to have been used. I verified the camera to be a US model as ordered. I will NOT buy from DBuys again.

Price was great and item was perfect. My only problem was with customer service contacts. DBuys wouldnt ship to an address other than my billing address, which is annoying but understandable. The problem was that they took 3 days to notify me of the problem, and after I called to resolve it, another rep called me two days later to ask about the same problem. I was also disconcerted by the 24 hour delay in the original confirmation email. But these are minor problems, and for the great deal I got, I would order from them again anytime.

Good prices and clearly set out site. Let down by inaccurate product information on Canon VIXIA HF-100 - this model has no built in memory... the description says is has 16GB built in (thats the HF-10). A likely source of disappointment for those who do not know the product.
