I purchased a Mitsubishi wd-73833 DLP from the Home Theater Store. They had a fantastic clearance price on last years model of the 73". I ordered it around midnight Pacific Time and received an email by 9:00AM that my TV was shipped on the next morning. Unbelievable! No sales call. No Tax. No shipping charge. I got a call from the shipper on day 2 for an appointment and my TV was carried into my house on day 5. Would definitely order all my future electronics from the Home Theater Store...

I would highly recommend anyone use Home Theater Store. I bought a Samsung LN-T4081F on a Saturday, and they shipped it Monday morning. It was delivered to my house in Central Illinois Thursday afternoon. I used the FedEx Freight delivery. You can feel safe that this isnt some fly by night New York City based retailer because they have actual stores in the Southwest. They dont try to hassle you at all. Everything came factory sealed.

Absolutely amazing business experience. From the initial informative conversation with Carolina through the perfect condition upon delivery, Home Theater Stores are outstanding and exceeded expectations. There was no upselling, just clear concise discussion of the pre shipping inspection and delivery options.Before even contacting them, I verified with Sharp USA Electronics whether they were an AUTHORIZED HDTV DEALER.To me unless the retailer has a "brick and mortar" retail showroom and will be delivering a USA distributed, and totally USA warranteed product, I will not throw away my money.The 65" Sharp Aquos LC 65SE94U was purchased for $5000 including free delivery and no tax.Easily $2000 less than Best Buy. The packing was secure and the HDTV arrived 4 days after purchase (Houston to S. Florida). Every pixel glowed brightly as promised. I would order again in the future from HTS in a heartbeat with full confidence.

Ordered a Samsung 67" TV on a Thursday and my credit card was charged immediately. Merchant told me the item would be sent out on Monday (4 days). Called after 6 days to find out the item was not in stock, but would arrive in 1-3 days. After 3 missed shipping dates and 15 days later, they agreed to give me a $75.00 refund if I would keep the order open. After 28 days and one more missed shipping date, the TV finally arrived in good condition. It took an additional 13 days, four phone calls, and a threat of reversing my credit card charge before they finally credited me the promised $75.00. They will tell you anything to make a sale. Steer clear of these guys.

First off, I felt compelled to write this review because I had such a great experience with what ended up being the cheapest place I found to buy my Samsung TV. I first checked in online using their great livechat service to verify that they were indeed an authorized Samsung dealer, and also review their policies should the TV arrived damaged (fyi: just contact them and theyll send a replacement and arrange for the original to picked up). I decided to call in to place the order to make sure they actually had the TV and that it wasnt some sort of scam. The guy I spoke with was very nice and extremely competent. The TV shipped out the same day, and I received the tracking info via email. All in all, I dont know how they do it with such great service at such a great price. If youre looking to buy a TV dont have any worries about getting it from them. Reputable and fast!

Ordered LN-T4081F Samsung TV on 7/2/08 at $1,599.00. price reduced on 7/4/08 to $1,488. I called on 7/7/08 to check for the shipment and ask if I can get credit of $111.00 for the reduced price since the order didnt ship out. They give me the credit, I received the TV on 7/10/08. Everything has turned out great, I am very happy with my purchase.

Initially the transaction was straightforward and easy. I need to praise Home Theater Store for actually honoring the price displayed on PriceGrabber. It took some time to actually receive a working TV... Not any fault of the store, but a result of the distance and method of transit. The return process was longer than I felt it should have been, but in the end the vendor definitely had good intentions.
