    I was very pleased at the price and free shipping. The combination won me over. I was also very pleasantly surprised to get a thank you card (hand written) with a Starbucks $5 gift card in it. These kinds of personal touches make the difference in whether a company succeeds or fails. Well done to all involved. Keep it up and thank you. Ill be back again! RGB

    AS LONG AS I GET MY ORDER WITHIN TWO WEEKS, I\LL BE TOTALLY SATISFIED. IT WAS EASY TO USE THIS SITE. THE PRICE I GOT FOR THE SOFTWARE WAS UNBEATABLE.

    The ordering process was great - start to finish. The ordering process was easy to navigate. I received order confirmation quickly, which included an order tracking number. I was able to track it and received my order three days later. I would recommend Discount Mountain to all and will certainly use them for future purchases.

    Very impressed with these folks. Placed the order on Friday and received the goods on Monday using basic USPS mail delivery. The package even included a handwritten Thank You note. Very unusual for this day and age. These people appear to be truly customer focused.

    The product is exactly as described, arrived ASAP in excellent condition. The price was far below other retailers, both on-line and in stores - that made me a little wary, but after reading about the positive experiences of others, I decided to give them a try. I am glad I did - the handwritten note and $5.00 Starbucks gift card were lovely touches and much appreciated by this consumer. I will definitely use this company again.
