Order was cancelled due to being out of stock. It took 3 days to cancel the order, which was difficult due to time being a factor in my purchase.It might be wise to reconsider when considering this store. Although the orders they fulfill are often satisfactory, there are a large number of complaints from customers which leads one to wonder how effective of a business they are.

DCCA has exceptional service, and I have gone to them whenever I need any type of car electronics. I have told my family and friends about DCCA as well, and many of them purchase items through DCCA. I always get my shipment on time, and if they ever do not have an item, they always make sure that they get it to me as soon as possible and notify me.

I was looking around locally for a complete stereo system for my 08 Expedition. I came across Dealercost on the web.. I contacted them and spoke with a guy, he was so helpful and hooked me up with the Pioneer AVIC-Z120BT, and all the goodies with back up camera, Sirius sat and all speakers! By far the best to deal with and unbelievable service! The best Prices and Very Fast shipping! They saved me Half the cost then locally.. Many Thanks

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH DEALERCOSTCARAUDIO.COM INCASE YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEYNO PROFESSIONLISM AT ALL.Order 59113 was placed on 20th May after getting confirmation about products in stock.NO shipment nor update from them, hence asked to cancel. They didnt even bother. When called was on hold for atleast 30-45mins before you get hold on associate.With mutliple follows order cancelled on 4th June and till date(16th July) no refund.POsted a review on RESELLERRATING.COM on 23rd June, they asked me to REMOVE THE POST AND WORK WITH THEM FOR RESOLUTION.Trusted them and changed my REVIEW,but they didnt keep up their words.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT SHOP ON DCCA.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!! You will never get it, and I still don't know yet if you can even get a refund. I ordered a Memphis Audio Sub on May 29th. Never got tracking information. So I emailed to see what the deal was. The said the speaker was backordered from Memphis. So I asked for an estimated time they might Know when I Might get it. June 9th they say "We expect a few business days for tracking information." So I wait a few days (12 to be exact) and email them back, because theres no tracking info. I asked for the tracking number again, a few times. "Should see it soon". "We'll get that looked into". "You will see it shortly". "We expect a few days", are the ONLY resposes you will get from these people. So I just asked for a refund. They said it takes 2-3 days for a refund. Okay, day 4 after waiting for my refund, Where is it? "You will see it shortly". What exactly is shortly? "We expect a few days". So if I dont have my refund tomorrow, the chairman of the

This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I placed my order Monday, May 31st, 2010 and still have not received a tracking number or my items dispite them charging my card right away. I have been told one too many times to wait 2-3 days. I've already made arrangments with my credit card company to have this taken care of and if these guys think they are going to get any kind of money from a refund or anything, they have another thing coming. Do not do business with this company. I really think they run this thing out of their basement. The phones are constantly busy and the e-mail replies are very poor. I received one that said nothing more than "2-3 Days". I am fed up. I will post an update on how the lawsuit filing went to help out with anybody elses' problems. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

6/29/10 12:07 AMLousy all around web-store. Made a purchase on some Alpine SPX-17REF 6-1/2" 2-Way Car Audio Component Speakers on May 24, 2010. E-mailed on the 26th asking when the product will be shipped, response was 1-2 bus days from the 26th( two days after ordering). Wrote back on 6/2 asking for a tracking number, they said still haven't been shipped...Wrote again on the 4th, still no tracking..wrote again on the 10th, was told it was back ordered and asked if I could wait a couple days, of course 1-2 days. wrote back on the 14th, they said still pending, may need a few more days. Wrote on the 15th to cancel, they sent a link to order cancellation page. Canceled on the 17th, they said we will see it update. wrote on the 18th asking how long it takes, they said of course 2-3 days. Wrote on the 25th asking where my money is, they said should see it shortly. It's now the 29th and still no money back. Lousy customer service, can't get a hold of anyone on the phone. ***** TOTAL WASTE OF TIME *****

never got a tracking number. after 3 weeks i couldnt get ahold of anybody. canceled 8 days ago still no money back. this is the worst experiance i have ever had on the internet. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!! I WOULD LOVE TO SHOW UP AND SPEAK MAN TO MAN!!!!!!! every review is the same! they take the money, ship nothing, and when you cancel you still cant get your money. be prepared for hours of headaches and be prepared to fight for your money!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR... DON"T BUY FROM DEALER COST CAR AUDIO!I placed my order and they immediately charged my card. After 2 weeks I emailed asking if my order had shipped. They responded "Processed out for shipment already." When I asked for a tracking # they did not have one. Then they tell me that the item is actually backordered and I need to wait. I tell then to cancel the order. This was a nightmare. The customer servive was evasive and extremely ambigiuous. Their emails went in circles and got me nowhere. Finally they agreed to cancel my order and refund my money. So, almost 2 weeks later... and still no refund.
