This is a very very good business! They are an authorized dealer of fine photography cameras and equipment and they sell only high quality products, which is new, and with the corresponding manufacturers USA warranty. Also, the two salespeople that I have talked with were both very professional and answered my questions with knowledge and courtesy. There was no pressure to buy any acccessories or anything other than what I ordered. My camera and the accessories that I ordered were all delivered to my address at the expected time and price. In fact, this is the way all business transactions should be..Simply Outstanding!!! This is my 3rd digital camera that I have purchased from a web-based business in the last 5 years; this business is the best I have found.

Everything related to this transaction went smoothly. I had some questions about the product so that I placed mt order by telephone. The sales rep. was knowledgeable and helpful. No high pressure tactics were used. I opted for the free shipping using UPS ground and received the package in three days with everything as promised and in perfect condition. I will definitely use ePhotoCraft again.

This is an honest, reputable, and very helpful merchant. They helped me with understanding the product and offered suggestions on what accessories I might want(filter and bag) but did not hard sell them at all. They were great.
