    I could not believe that within 2 days the TV was delivered. I have not hooked it up yet so I dont know for sure if it is working properly.

    I would NEVER order from Camcor again - nor would I recommend the company. I would actually recommend NOT to use them. Shipping was AWFUL and my product did NOT come on the date promised and I was unable to take the lens on my trip. If I specifically request for my product to be left of my doorstep that is my choice. Put a note in my file so that the responsibility is mine. Truly an AWFUL experience. I should not have to receive a phone call either when placing an order.

    It took 3 days before item was shipped and was done so without any tracking information after prompting from the customer. This is what I would consider below average for many on-line stores. Actual packing and product provided were very good.

    Order placed on 7th, and confirmed same day. Because I had not received a shipping notification and there is no on-line tracking, I called and spoke with customer service on the 9th, and was told it shipped on the 8th and was scheduled for delivery on the 14th. It did arrive on the 14th.My only recommendations are to (1) send out e-mail notice when order has shipped and (2) have UPS tracking number and link so customers can track themselves.
