    While I had no difficulty with the actual shopping, the delivery was quite a problem. My shipping and billing address are different, so they called my billing address phone number (no one was home because I was at my shipping address) to confirm where to ship it to, rather than calling my actual shipping address phone number. This delayed the process by several days (I had paid extra to have it shipped in 3 days) and the only way I even knew there was a problem was because I called them when I got no confirmation email. It makes no sense, that if they are going to offer the option of different shipping and billing addresses, that they wouldnt honor that without question. They were, however, very helpful once I finally called them. Still, since the error was on their part, I feel they should have offered a free upgrade on shipping.

    The item ordered was received one week after ordering. Camcor called to validate the order and charged my credit card after shipping. Delicate item packaged carefully and item arrived undamaged. I am very satisfied with the item, the price paid and delivery process. I would be happy to do business with Camcor again.
