Order placed on 7th, and confirmed same day. Because I had not received a shipping notification and there is no on-line tracking, I called and spoke with customer service on the 9th, and was told it shipped on the 8th and was scheduled for delivery on the 14th. It did arrive on the 14th.My only recommendations are to (1) send out e-mail notice when order has shipped and (2) have UPS tracking number and link so customers can track themselves.

Camcor offered this item at a great price--at least $75 less than the manufacturers price. Shipping was super fast! So far I am very pleased with this transaction.
