    I ordered a camcorder on Tuesday Oct 7. After receiving their email confirmation of my order the next day, I eagerly waited for their "notice of shipping" email. Two days passed and still no shipping info, so I emailed them and they replied that they have to verify something with my order. After playing phone tag with their customer representative for two more days, I finally talked to him and asked what the hold up was about. That was a Saturday.The "verification" that was sooo important, turned out to be this guy trying to sell me more accessories and other items! For this they delayed processing my order for four days!?After I turned down his hard sell offers, he finally promised to "schedule" the shipment of my order the following Monday. Its the following Tuesday now, and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED WORD IF THEY SHIPPED MY ORDER YET.My wife is giving birth tomorrow, October 15. Thanks to BUTTERFLY PHOTO, I wont be able to record this momentous occasion.

    Placed order Tuesday evening. Used standard free shipping and received package on Friday. Excellent turn around time. Butterfly Photo had the best price and free shipping. I would recommed this merchant.

    The order was not processed until I spoke to someone on the phone and I was lied to about the shipping. I was led to believe that the item was coming from the Midwest and would take over a week to arrive and that it would be bouncing around on a truck. I was pressured into buying expedited shipping and an extended warrantee. When it arrived I saw it was shipped from NJ.
