I found your product on a shopping service site, when i clicked on the link it took me directly to the product i was in inquireing about. The checkout process over the phone went so smooth that I was on and off the phone in approximately 4 minutes. i chose 42nd street photo because their site was efficient and of course you had one of the best prices I have seen all over the Internet. Thanks for the quick shipping, and extremely super nice customer service.

42nd Street Photo called me again. They issued a invoice with one Canon warranty. I think this is a serious merchant. The following was submitted on Aug. 22ndAs previous customer said they charge insurance fee when I got call from store. When I asked to cancel this order, they weived the insurance charge. I ordered Canon 5D. I received my camera in one week after I placed order. I could not find warranty card in package. The store customer service guy told me that I can get Canon manufacturer warranty for one year and I dont need warranty card. Fortunately, I tested camera. It is good and brand new one. Still worry about warranty...

This has been the most outstanding shopping experience here at 42nd street photo.com. They definitely deserve their trusted seller mark, that was part of the reason that I ended up choosing this company. I would definitely recommend and do business with this company again. The customer service was great. They even followed up by email to make sure everything turned out alright a couple days later.

Dont buy anything from this store !!! They charge 20% restocking fee for any returns and exchanges.Free shippping doesnt cover insurance if item gets damage during shipping, they wont replace it . If you need insurance coverage , they ask about $40 for insurance so I decided to pick up from store. Case was very big so I asked to return but offered to exchange with smaller case at same price while it sells $20 cheaper at other stores. They do every trick to get your money. They dont issue RMA # easily even with 20% fee.I havent received it yet. It is safer to buy from more reputable , bigger stores , you wont be alone if there is any problem. I will never / ever will buy anything from 42 Street Photo Store. If you have any doubt on the merchandise , dont even think of buying it from these types of stores , especially from 42 Street Photo ..

I tried for 1 week to find a camera for a gift was told backorder backorder for a week. i got in touch with 42nd and bought the camera and it was delivered in ONEEEE DAY1!!!! Awsome ty

I was very pleased shopping with 42Photo. Bob spoke with me from 42Photo and he was extremely knowledgable and helpful, in explaining in detail the product I was looking for. He also took the time to listen answer all my questions and concerns, that was very important to me!! I would strongly recommend 42Photo for all your camera needs!!!

I chose 2nd day Air UPS shipping and I was charged 2nd day Air UPS shipping, but they shipped it via UPS Ground.Will not buy again from this company and will not recommend anyone to shop here. Heres the UPS tracking number 1ZX02W494270465365.
