    Every time I order something from this retailer the shipping time is much less than they advertise. Everything is well explained, and if you need, there is always someone to answer the phone, and explain anything.

    HDTV seems fine, but did not appreciate the misleading statements about free upgrading of shipping that would seem to have delivered TV in time frame needed but was then told that it would not. Also was very put off by high pressure sales tactics to further upgrade shipping to scheduled delivery (finally accepted, but delivery was not scheduled) and extended warranty which I did not want. Next time I will go with Crutchfield who does deliver what they promise.

    LOWER SET UP COST THAN FROM OTHER MERCHANTS - SO FAR SO GOODNOW I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM - SHIPPING (LARRY)CALLED ME 5 TIMES TO TRY TO TALK ME INTO UPGRADING MY SHIPPING SELECTION ANOTHER $80 ON TOP OF WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY WHICH WAS ALREADY OVER $100. HIS COMMENTS ABOUT WHY THE UPGRADED SHIPPING WAS BETTER MADE ME SUSPICIOUS ABOUT THE WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY. IN THE END, I CANCELED MY ORDER. LARRY WAS RELENTLESS AND MADE ME REALIZE I SHOULD PROBABLY DEAL WITH SOMEONE LOCAL
