    I needed to cancel this order as I made a small adjustment and placed a duplicate order. I tried to do this within seconds of placing the order. It was VERY difficult to locate on the website how to cancel the order, and then when I finally found the place, the page to cancel would not load, even with repeated attempts. It felt like a sleezy way to make it impossible to cancel. I decided to call customer service, and waited a full 15 minutes on hold, all the time listening to a looped message about how committed this company was to customer satisfaction. Eventually I was given the option of leaving a message, in which I clearly stated my order# (and phone #) and my desire to cancel the order. I received no cancellation notice, nor any return communication, either via phone or email. The order arrived (in duplicate) in an impressively short amount of time, but since my clear intent had been to cancel one of the orders, that was a mixed blessing. I will not shop with this company again.

    This is my first time doing business with them. The price was good and the shipping was GREAT, HOWEVER, they NEVER CREDITED MY ACCOUNT FOR THE EXTRA CHARGE ON SHIPPING THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD. HAS BEEN SEVERAL WEEKS, CALLED THIS MORNING AND NOW THEY SAY THEY ARE CREDITING IT TODAY, IT WAS ONLY $9.00 AND SOME CHANGE.....Still waiting..Other that that lie, it was a great experience.....TS
