    We have dealt with CDW also for many years (350 employees here), and have always received OUTSTANDING service. Actually, our rep at CDWG has pulled numerous miracles for us when we needed something asap. Also a GREAT help sorting out licensing issues.

    Do not deal with this company! It took over a year to get licenses from them for graphic software. After an ordeal of long waits on the phone, being sent from one person to the other, emails, and faxes, we finally recieved the licenses. $150.00 was given towards our next order. Neither the next order nor the $150.00 was honored. Emails are not even answered. Take the overall ratings seriously!

    I will never make another purchase from this vendor all they did was stall on the order and finally after my 10th call to them they tell me my order was canceled because the item ATI RADEON x800 xt video card was discontinued. BS.. i believe the price that they were selling at was not worth the cost of what they paid for their cards.

    In looking at some of the ratings here I felt it important to throw in my two cents. I have been ordering from CDW for many years and have never been anything but 100% satisfied. They are an excellent and reputable vendor and they have some of the most competetive prices on the Internet. Turnaround on orders is the best I can think of. They are "top of mind" for me when considering a technology purchase. No, I do not work for them, but, I do think some of the criticism found here is unfair.

    Place an order with them for the latest ATI graphics card: X800 XT Platinum.After LYING to me that I was on the " National Fraud Database Directory", they tell me my order has been cancelled, because it is now obsolete. ATI claimed they were ?Bombarded by calls Just Like Mine?.It IS available & we will start shipping in a few days.CDW is just trying to get OUT of their pre-order price.AVOID CDW LIKE A PLAGUE!!

    I placed an order for a couple of Samsung printers. I did receive one within a week however, the other never showed up. Customer Service advised me to purchase another printer from them and then of course take it on myself to go after the shipper and file a claim. After communicating extensivly with customer service 33 days later I received my printer.

    ive been buying computer parts on the internet since 1995 and almost that long at CDW. CDW has always been excellent. Ive never ever had a problem. the 2 times ive had to return something defective, they always sent a replacement by the next day. ive had problems with other online vendors, but NEVER CDW.

    A G5 Xserve that was on back order for 5 months shipped 2 weeks ago. I called and CDW stated that it had arrived and had been signed for. I asked for the name, stated I did NOT recognize this person and they said,OOPS,it had been shipped back to CDW. After getting the run-around for 1.5 hrs then asked if I wanted to place a new order. Were NOT willing to make it right. I called Apple and saved $300... Truly to much BS from them to explain in 500 words. CDW has lost a customer for LIFE

    Ive read many of the reviews and was at first wary of making a order. After receiving my order I am 100% satisfied. I ordered the Sony Peg TJ35 and not only was it the best price I could find anywhere (including Ebay) it was shipped fast and well protected. So far the customer service has been excellent, and all my emails were returned the very next day. I am not a corporate buyer, Im just someone looking for a great price, dont be afraid to order from CDW, I did.

    CDW has been nothing but great to us. We get instant access to any vendors tech staff, a friendly sales rep,who we can count on to know our business and speedy delivery every time.CDW is not the cheapest but the service is unmatched.
