    This is a good site for low-priced items, but you have to be careful about warranties and repair plans. (For example, their computer service plan is NOT valid in California.

    My initial reaction to my Tiger Direct order was extremely negative regarding the product rebate experience. At this time I must say mea culpa mea maxima culpa. An optical illusion lead me to think the rebate form link was faulty. TD customer service prompted me to eventually find that all was on the up and up. I am more than satisfied with my purchasing experience with Tiger Direct. I will likely order from them again and possibly fairly soon.
