    Customer service is great, but I would hesitate to use this merchant if shipping to AK or HI, because they dont offer Priority Mail service, and UPS or Fed Express is too expensive.

    On two successive orders, I received what I expected promptly and for a competitive price. On one retail upgrade package, the upgrade product install key did not work properly, but the software vendor (in this case, FileMaker) took care of my issue quickly and I was up and running. No problems after that.

    I purchased Microsoft software. I had no trouble installing. Website was easy to use. Standard shipping was very fast. Would absolutely recommend and use agian. Price beat all others!

    This was the second purchase for me and I had no problem with the purchase. However, I do hope that the company considers some alternative shipping methods for international customers, such as a registered parcel via US Post. The current method is very expensive totaling $110~130 due to $60~70 shipping plus $50~60-FedEx brokerage fee for the Customs.

    I have never used this merchant before, but would definitely use them again!Their product descriptions are thorough, their prices are great, and their shipping times are when promised. I havent had to use Customer Service, which is all important when purchasing products online, but I am very pleased with this merchant thus far! :)
