    Very good experience overall, though a credit card snafu between store and the bank complicated the initial ordering. Staff were friendly and diligent in getting things straightened out. Everything eventually worked out fine, and the items were ready when we arrived at the warehouse. No problems with what I purchased, and I definitely will use Huppins/One Call again.

    If signature required is the only policy, I will not be able to order from this merchant again. I am upset that I was not told of this before I placed the order.
