    Wish they had retail stores where I live- Massachusetts and Northern California. They could really give Mediocre Buy- the only surviving electronics retailer in the area, a run for their money.

    I was shopping for a bedroom tv and on my first call, i got the same sales person who sold me the receiver, speakers, and cables we needed 2 yrs ago and he still works there. Again, I got some good advise from him. I took him I will call back to think it over. Unfortunately, when I called back, hes gone home and talk to another sales person who was also very nice to take time and talking to me and placed my order.

    The representative read back to me the correct shipping ZIP code 10017 when accepting the order, but entered 10016 on the shipping label. This caused the package shipped by FedEx Priority Overnight not to be delivered.Onecall manager could not resolve the problem with FedEx, and recalled the shipment. I did not get the item I badly needed and was so eagerly waiting for. The Onecall manger did not offer to compensate me for their mistake. To add insult to injury, I am informed that my credit card will be credited only after the package reaches back to the vendor. I am being held financial responsible for a package never delivered to me due to a mistake committed by the vendor.

    I had a question regarding the return policy of the item I was ordering, so I placed a telephone call to the customer service department. The representative, Lee, was polite and was able to answer my question to my complete satisfaction. I appreciate that quality in a person who represents his company to the public.

    This is my first time using onecall.com and I was impressed on how detailed, and user friendly the website is. There are alot of options for customers such as live chat,and customer service phone numbers. They back their products with warranties, which is awesome!
